Yes we ship worldwide 3-14 business days. We try to be quick as possible, but remember these beauties are handmade it.

What material La Kivas are made of?

La Kiva earrings are made of high quality Finnish birch plywood with stainless steel metal parts. In handpainted earrings we use acrylic paints and waterbased varnish for finishing. Our purses are mostly industrial waste from local furniture factory, anything from upholstery fabrics to qenuine leather.  We also use some Finnish fabric dealers if we need some specific materials.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

we are happy to exchange/refund items that you are unsatisfied with within a 14 day period of receiving them for a different item or different size of get your monet back, provided that the original piece is in original condition and accompanied with a receipt. If you want to refund product or want to make reclamation, please contact us asap and we going to solve the problem with you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EARRING BREAKS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE?

For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Please be ready to provide your receipt from original purchase.
